Who are 2Scandinavia.com, and why?
We have been trading now since 1999 online -a long time in internet terms. We have produced thousands of happy customers - staying in hundreds of hotels across the Denmark. Our simple aim was to 'cut out the middle man', linking directly the hotel with the customer - meaning much cheaper room rates.

How do I book with 2Scandinavia.com?
Very simple indeed. You just enter your dates and the total no. of persons - and we then list you all hotels that we have AVAILABLE. Choose a hotel, then select to 'book'. We then take a few personal details, and credit card and that's it. You will get an email to confirm. This is a very simple process taking a few minutes only.

Can I call your reservations, do you have call centres?
Yes, of course you can. We are waiting for your call actually. All reservations staff are fully trained and will have hotel -industry experience to assist. We are working CET and may not be 24-hours - but please try.. or post a request through our 'contact us' area. We will respond quickly.

How can I get the hotels telephone number?
Once you have made a full reservation, we will email you the full contact details in your confirmation.

You say "our service is free" - surely we have to pay something?
No way. We are offering a free service to all customers. You never pay us, you pay at the hotel, when at the hotel. We receive our funding from within the hotel industry and so that means cheaper rates for you too.

That's true. We work hard to reduce all hotel rates cheaper than normal. We have a sales team working on this year-round. And remember, 2Scandinavia.com are advertising the prices we contract direct to you, we do not then increase them and you are effectively 'cutting out the middle men', thus receiving cheaper rates and some of the best deals worldwide.

"Book Now, pay later" Great! but how do I not need to pay until arrival? When do I pay?
We have arranged with hotels that you can pay on arrival. We guarantee every reservation to the hotel so that you do not have to pay upfront. You never pay us a penny. And so that means you can simply arrive and arrange your payment direct at the hotel. So simply book in advance and save later.

Why do I give you a credit card number? Is it safe to use my credit card? What credit card types are accepted?
Hotels require a credit card to guarantee a booking. You cannot book a room without this. We use a secure connection to ensure that your credit card details are safe online, so don't worry about that. We store your credit card information safely and the details are faxed to the hotel - the safest way possible. Your card is not charged, but may be advanced validated by the hotel for guarantee purposes.

I have a group booking, can I book more than one room online?
Yes, you can. Simply search online. If the hotel (s) do not have enough rooms online - then you can make a request and we can arrange for you. Simply follow the procedures. Some hotels allow up to 11 persons in one booking. Please do not book duplicate reservations though, simply make a request by ticking the "group - more than 5-rooms" in the search box and we will arrange for you.

Are children free? What are the policies, how do I get the discount?
All child prices are reduced. There are some very good discounts in fact. Simply search and the system will work out the best rates possible. All rates are displayed per room.

I have more than one name, how do i add this?
We only require the lead name. The hotel only requires one name for small bookings. If you have a small group though, please fax the hotel directly prior to arrival.

What are the terms + conditions?
It's very simple and straightforward to book with 2Scandinavia.com. Of course though there are a few terms. Please see the bottom of the page at www.2Scandinavia.com . And we always provide you the details prior to submitting a final confirmation of booking, so don't worry - you cannot book without seeing all details.

How do I know this is booked, what happens? Do I get an email?
Yes, you do. We email all details that you require to the email that you provide. We at the same time email the hotel similar details. We then fax credit card information to the hotel, and the hotel reconfirms this to us. All this is processed in a matter of hours. Plus, we store all bookings that you make, using that email address, in your own unique secure area. You can access in the 'customer care' area. Altogether, this is a very safe and secure method of booking.

How does the hotel get my reservation, and when? Will they confirm to me?
The hotel receives your reservation by email at the same time as you, instantly. Please allow them time though to process. We then fax the hotel the details within hours. You do not need a confirmation from the hotel, though if you would like this, then simply contact the hotel directly.

I wish to see a brochure of the hotel - I need directions, more info. etc?
We have a duplicate of the hotels brochure online. Plus we collect many other features, facilities, transport etc. from the hotel. And so the detailed information we have online is actually more than you can get from the hotel themselves. You can link to this information for the hotel you have booked from your email confirmation. And should you still need a brochure, simply fax the hotel your details, address etc. and they will post for you.

I wish to keep a record of my bookings, how can I view my reservations?
We have a unique area within www.2Scandinavia.com called 'customer care'. Once you have booked, this is set up and you can access this any time day or night. Simply log-in to view, amend, cancel your booking. And if you use the same email address to book many rooms, we will store your details in there too, past present and future.

I will be a late arrival, who do I need to inform?
Simply contact the hotel directly. We guarantee all reservations to the hotel - and that means that the hotel should keep your room all night. However, if you area arriving late, we do suggest to inform the hotel.

I have a change of booking, can I amend?
Of course, but be careful of the cancellation policy. Simply log-in to the 'customer care' area from your confirmation email and you can access your reservation, amend, cancel and view details.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking?
We recommend that hotels are advised of arrival times. You do not need to do this, though this does help each hotel prepare more efficiently for your arrival, and can only help.

What is the cancellation policy?
Each hotel may have a different cancellation policy. Please check your confirmation. A common policy is "48-hours prior to arrival", that means you can cancel free of charge up to 48-hours prior to arrival. We do confirm this in your confirmation, and we do confirm this to you prior to your final submission - at the time of reading terms + conditions, on the final page.

I made a "request" booking for a hotel/group booking - how can I check? What happens? When do you confirm requests?
All requests are accessed electronically and dealt with personally by our team. We are working hard to finish all within a matter of hours, though given the nature of the business, sometimes this can take up to 24-hours. You can view the status of every request by logging-in to the 'customer care' section referred to in your confirmation email. Or simply contact the call centre - they will have details of your request.

Why do you take my credit card, what happens?
We require a credit card to guarantee your booking. We use secure connections to the internet - your details are safely stored. Hotels are faxed with your details, the safest way possible. The details are then stored until arrival, for guarantee purposes only. We never transfer to any other party.

We require personal details to build the reservation. All details are 100% safe. We only provide the necessary information to the hotel in order to finish the reservation. We never transfer to any other 3rd party.
