* This is usually '2-days prior to arrival' unless other specified. I.e. for a booking arriving on '3rd' of the month, the latest you can cancel, free of charge, is on 1st of the month.
* Late cancellations or non-arrivals are charged 100% of 1st night, all rooms, to the guarantee provided.
* Please check your email for the procedure to cancel. 2Scandinavia.com accepts no responsibility for cancellation charges.
* Note. Please refer to the policy of each individual hotel, shown in your confirmation and in the terms & conditions at the final stage of booking. The hotel reserves the right to change this policy at any time - i.e. for group bookings - and you will be contacted in writing in such a case.

Reservations are not fully confirmed until you receive written, or verbal, communication from 2Scandinavia.com, with a 2Scandinavia.com booking reference. It is the hotel's and guest's responsibility to ensure all details are correct. Any errors must be notified to 2Scandinavia.com immediately.
Credit card details are held in the strictest confidence and are never issued to another party, other than the hotel to which you have reserved. This card is used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged by the hotel prior to arrival, only authorised for authenticity.
Any dispute or claim against 2Scandinavia.com shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.
